Our Charity Sponsors the Higher Ground at Lake Louise Psalm68five Ministries a Scholarship for children and youth growing up without a father present in their lives. We are thankful to offer this scholarship so kids can spend time at camp and hear about their Heavenly Father and His love and special blessings for them. Who Qualifies? Any child growing up whose father has passed away, is incarcerated, has abandoned the family or very rarely contacts his children is eligible to apply. Children in foster care are also eligible to receive this scholarship. Single moms who have children who qualify for the Psalm68Five Scholarship are invited to attend one of the family camps offered through Camp Lake Louise with their children through the Psalm68Five Scholarship.
What is the cost? This year, we are asking families who are able to contribute $50 towards the cost of camp, with the Psalm68Five Scholarship covering the remaining costs. If this amount will cause financial hardship for your family, please call the camp registrar to talk about a reduced price and the option of having any monies paid refunded at the time of check in. How do I apply? In order to apply, you must first register yourself or your child for camp. Once that is complete, fill out the scholarship application either online or print and mail it to P.O. Box 1581, Holland, MI 49422. Please provide as much information as you are able when filling out the application. You will receive a notification once your application has been received. If there are any questions regarding your application, the camp registrar will contact you.
